Mit dem Urteil vom 12.05.1998 - 312O 85/98 - "Haftung
für Links" hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, daß man ggf. durch

With the sentence from the 12.May in 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "liability for links" the country court of Hamburg has decided, that by setting a link to another home page you are responsible for the contents of the liked sites.
